Superb stay made very welcome by staff
First class service, great location just a short walk into city centre and train station. The drop off at airport which is just a short drive away is excellant idea. The full scottish breakfast is one of the best I have had in a long time. The rooms are very clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again.
Nice friendly atmosphere and a good all round experience.
That everyone was so friendly and we really felt welcome. The place was stunning and very clean and a lot more comfortable than what we thought we were getting for the excellent price. Will definitely be back agaain soon!
That we were only told that we had to pay when we went to hand our keys back and check out. It was no problem but meant we had to go draw £150 cash and find a cash machine at a time when we wanted to get on the road and drive nearly 200miles.
Very friendly homely atmosphere A great central location. A nice breakfast in the morning.
The en suite bathroom is a little small
Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome, comfortable room, great shower to an excellent breakfast. Could not fault this on any level
Very comfortable and quiet, the family was very nice. We had full control over the heating, and we had a living room all for us. The traditional Scottish breakfast was good. Excellent place for a relaxing holiday.
The only minor downside we could find is that the breakfast is only served till 9am (which is probably not a problem for most people anyways).
This small B&B is owned by a great couple who were very helpful to us. The room was very comfortable and clean. Ate our first ever "tattie scones" for breakfast after hearing about them all our lives!!!
peaceful and no hastle
Airport pick up late at night was a great plus, the service was great, the breakfast was great, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!
only stayed overnight in order to get to airport in morning comfortable room good price transport to airport
no everything was satisfactory
great hospitality, clean rooms, superb breakfast
Fantastic welcome from hosts. Clear explanations of facilities and local knowledge was good. The room was very clean and decorated tastefully. Breakfast was in a bright airy room and choice was good, and cooked to order. Guest House was in a good situation for visiting both town centre and "Burns" Cottage/Museum/Memorial. All in all a perfect stay in a perfect place.
Ensuite was a bit small but as they say, perfectly formed , adequate and most of all clean.
Very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic.
Last breakfast time was 9am on a Sunday morning with a check-out by 10am. Would be better if a little later on the weekend - say 10am and 11am.
